The location of this apartment was absolutely jaw-dropping, just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions. The spaciousness was super impressive, especially for a small family like mine. The hosts went above and beyond, even leaving a mind-blowing bottle of wine as a gift. The apartment was clean, modern, and extremely well-equipped with comforts like a coffee machine and electric kettle. The large bathroom and nice kitchen were a total plus. The charming and attentive tenant took care of all our requests, and although there was a minor issue with a missing broom, I'm sure it was quickly resolved. This place was a complete package, offering everything from cozy cots for the little ones to the convenience of a paid airport shuttle. And to top it off, the apartment had excellent amenities like Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. No pets allowed and no smoking on site. Highly recommended!

Fairly clean property not far from the old town and the centre of Split...

Everything was fine and I got ironing for free. The room was a NICE size with including coffee machine, super shower and aircon, pleasant to stay in. The location was incredible and excellent and just 5 minutes walk to a large fortress.

The host is super nice and helpful, offering private discounts on excursions. Perfect location, spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, and balcony. Quick replies via Whatsapp. Excellent facilities, comfortable beds, and helpful local tips.

I gotta say, staying at the Apartment Grand was totally worth the money. The room was spacious, clean, and had great amenities like a washing machine and iron. Plus, the location was spot on, just a quick walk to the Diocletian Palace. And the staff? They were super helpful and gave us awesome recommendations. This makes it very convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. the apartment itself is spacious and the bedroom is clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed. the living room is well, equipped with compartments to keep everything organized, and the kitchen has everything one would need, including tea and coffee with a variety of flavors. the apartment is also well, isolated from noise and light, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the location, spaciousness, and amenities of the apartment make it a fantastic choice for a stay in the city.

There were small areas in the apartment that were not perfectly clean, such as the corner of the kitchen worktop, under the table in the kitchen, and in the bedrooms. While the apartment was mostly clean, attention to detail in these areas could have been better.

The spacious apartment was well-equipped with a new bathroom and kitchen, complete with plenty of crockery, utensils, and glasses. I appreciated the thoughtful additions like leftover pantry items and hand soaps. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, while the living room had ample storage and amenities, including a variety of teas and coffees. The location of the place was perfect, with easy access to the old town and other tourist destinations. The apartment was also close to great restaurants, making it convenient for dining out. One of the best aspects was the prompt and helpful host who was always available to answer our questions and even allowed us to extend our check out time. the facilities in the apartment were of a high standard.

One of the main drawbacks was the number of stairs leading up to the apartment. This could be challenging for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

The apartment had plenty of space, a well-equipped kitchenette, and complimentary coffee and tea supplies. The inclusion of a washing machine and dryer was a big bonus. The wifi was excellent and the host was helpful, providing us with a map and recommendations for places to visit and eat.
